Supporting and deputising for the Operations and Technical Release Manager across the full CAB ticket lifecycle, maintaining deployment traceability and compliance. Leading and prioritising Kanban workflows in partnership with the Operations and Technical Release Manager, supporting effective tracking and continuous improvement of release processes. Coordinating regression testing and change activity for Global Business Platforms deployed in the UK region, ensuring updates are validated, documented, and aligned with stakeholder requirements. Providing technical leadership for platform operations, monitoring, incident management, and escalation processes to ensure compliance with SLAs, SLOs, RTOs, and service commitments. Experience managing production platforms against service commitments, including SLAs, SLOs, RTOs, monitoring, escalation, and 24x7 out-of-hours support requirements.
