Bristol (Hybrid Working)

£13.45 per hour (Real Living Wage)

Full-time - 37.5 hours per week

Temporary - 2/3 months (could be up to 4 months)

About the Role

We're recruiting for a Placement Coordinator to join a busy and fast-paced team supporting individuals across the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a rewarding, busy, people-focused role.

You'll be responsible for coordinating packages, speaking with clients and workers, ensuring the right support is in place at the right time.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing inbound and outbound calls from clients and workers
• Coordinating packages for individual cases
• Using internal systems to book and manage shifts
• Responding to urgent and often time-sensitive requests
• Building strong relationships with clients and workers
• Ensuring accurate data entry and clear communication at all times

Working Pattern

• Initial training: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (first 2-3 weeks)
• After training: Shift-based rota across 7 days
• 7am-3pm
• 9am-5pm
• 3pm-11pm
• Hybrid working available after training (typically 3 office days per week)

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has excellent customer service and communication skills
• Is highly organised and able to manage a busy workload
• Thrives in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment
• Has strong attention to detail (accuracy is critical in this role)
• Is confident on the phone and able to handle sensitive conversations
