Financial Accountant 12 Month Fixed Term Contract 44,000 - 55,000 per annum Newcastle - hybrid working (3 days in office per week) Sellick Partnership is recruiting a Financial Accountant on behalf of a large, global business headquartered in Newcastle. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract that has resulted from internal resources being redirected to a major business transformation programme. The successful candidate will step into a well-established finance reporting team and take ownership of day-to-day financial accounting responsibilities while the programme runs its course. Overview of the Financial Accountant role: Sitting within the finance reporting function and working closely with senior finance leadership, you will be responsible for delivering accurate statutory and regulatory reporting across the business. This is a role for someone who is technically strong, organised and comfortable working with minimal hand-holding - the team needs someone who can pick things up quickly and maintain high standards throughout the contract period. The role is based in Newcastle with 3 days per week in the office.
