As my client's Business Development & Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of the full sales lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and developing relationships through to negotiating and closing business. You'll also manage and mentor a Business Development Executive, helping to develop both the sales pipeline and the wider commercial success of the team. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll have genuine influence, autonomy and the opportunity to shape how the business continues to grow. With an established international client base, you'll work with organisations across multiple countries and time zones, giving you exposure to global markets and ensuring every day brings new opportunities and challenges. The Opportunity As Business Development & Sales Manager, you will: Drive new business growth by identifying and converting high-quality opportunities. Build and manage a healthy pipeline of prospective clients. Develop trusted relationships with clients across an international customer base. Conduct sales meetings both virtually and face-to-face. Prepare compelling commercial proposals and negotiate successful outcomes. Manage the entire sales process from prospecting through to closing. Lead, mentor and support a Business Development Executive. Work collaboratively with senior leadership to identify new commercial opportunities. Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts. Represent the business at networking events, exhibitions and international conferences when required. About You You'll be an experienced Business Development & Sales Manager with a proven record of delivering new business growth within a B2B environment. You'll also have: A passion for developing new business and building lasting client relationships. A proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. The confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload. A proactive, resilient and self-motivated approach.
