Strong analytical skills are essential, with the ability to interpret reward and people data, identify trends and provide clear, actionable insights. Experience of salary benchmarking and Gender Pay Gap reporting and pay equity analysis is required. You will have experience leading annual reward and compensation cycles, ensuring appropriate governance, compliance and controls are maintained. Experience with Workday is helpful but not essential, experience with other HCM systems is preferable. You will be comfortable using reward technology and analytics to support compensation outcomes, improve processes and enhance the employee and manager experience. You will be a proactive and collaborative leader with strong project management skills and a continuous improvement mindset. Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Excel, are essential, along with the ability to influence stakeholders and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
