Vacancy Specification As a Deputy Store Manager at Aldi, you'll take pride in driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, minimising costs, and improving operational efficiency. You'll support the Store Manager by training colleagues, checking displays, and achieving sales targets. This role offers real responsibility and is the perfect stepping stone for experienced team leaders on their journey towards a store management role.
