Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure materials and services are available when required. Monitor project timelines, identifying and resolving potential delays before they impact delivery. Support inventory management and stock control activities. Process customer sales orders from receipt through to despatch, ensuring accuracy throughout. Handle customer enquiries professionally, delivering a first-class customer experience. Produce operational reports, KPI information and performance data for management. Coordinate data relating to EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulations. Prepare export documentation for international shipments. Help drive continuous improvement initiatives across production and customer service processes. Ensure operational activities comply with company procedures, quality standards and Health & Safety requirements. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure efficient order processing and fulfilment. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through ERP systems.
