This is a hands-on supervisory role, requiring both leadership and active participation in repair and maintenance works, particularly relating to play infrastructure, street furniture, and small-scale construction. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Supervision: managing a small reactive response repairs team, through providing daily direction and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard, and through training of staff.
