Hgv Driver

BRS Ltd is currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 and Class 2 Drivers for a well-established client based in Hyde. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and professional drivers looking for ongoing work with a reputable company.

Duties Include:

• Driving HGV Class 1 (C+E) or Class 2 (Category C) vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Carrying out vehicle safety checks before and after each shift.
• Delivering and collecting goods to customer sites across the UK.
• Ensuring all deliveries are completed on time.
• Completing delivery paperwork and using handheld devices where required.
• Loading and unloading where necessary.
• Adhering to all DVSA regulations, Working Time Directive, and company procedures.
• Maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times.

Requirements:

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) or Class 2 (Category C) Licence.
• Valid CPC Qualification Card.
• Digital Tachograph Card.
• Previous HGV driving experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of UK road networks and transport legislation.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
• No more than 6 penalty points (no DR, DD, or IN endorsements).
