This is a part time, permanent position working 14.5 hours a week, all year round. Your key responsibilities will include processing contractual changes and staff absence records through iTrent, liaising with the Payroll Manager to ensure the accurate processing of employee information, and coordinating the end to end leaver process, including calculating final annual leave entitlements. You will also manage the HR inbox, respond to telephone enquiries, distribute incoming post and act as a professional first point of contact for HR queries. Maintaining accurate employee records in line with GDPR requirements will be a key aspect of the role, alongside processing incoming and outgoing reference requests.
