Supporting a workforce of up to 1,500 temporary workers each day, you'll play a vital role in ensuring workers are paid accurately, supported throughout their assignment and receive an excellent experience from their first day on site.
This is a varied role combining payroll administration, workforce support and candidate care, making it ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, problem-solving and helping people.
What You'll Be DoingAs a Payroll & Workforce Administrator, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of our on-site operation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Payroll Administration- Accurately keying workers' hours into the system.
- Checking attendance records against submitted timesheets.
- Investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies.
- Responding to worker pay and payslip queries.
- Ensuring payroll deadlines are met each week.
Workforce Administration- Supporting workers with general administration queries.
- Recording holidays, absences and availability.
- Maintaining accurate worker records.
- Updating workforce systems with any changes.
Candidate Support- Contacting workers to confirm upcoming shifts.
- Assisting with holiday and absence requests.
- Liaising with Shift Coordinators regarding worker availability.
- Providing a friendly and professional first point of contact for temporary workers.
- Helping create a positive worker experience throughout the project.
Operational Support- Supporting the Hub Manager and Shift Coordinators with administrative tasks.
- Assisting during busy operational periods.
- Producing reports where required.
- Ensuring all worker records remain accurate and up to date.

ExperienceFull training will be provided before the project begins previous experience preferable but not required.
