Sales Support Co-Ordinator

I'm recruiting for a fast-growing commercial interiors and fit-out business in Central London and I'm on the hunt for a sharp, organised Sales Support Coordinator to keep sales projects running like clockwork - from first quote to final sign-off. This isn't a back-office admin role. You'll be the glue between the sales team, suppliers, and clients - making sure every quotation, cost plan, and spec is accurate, on time, and client-ready.
The setup: 4 days a week in the office, 1 day from home. What you'll be doing:
Sales Support- Preparing and issuing project quotations and cost plan budgets
- Supporting the sales team on product specification and technical requirements
- Producing detailed, client-ready cost plans
- Liaising with manufacturers and suppliers on product info, lead times and pricing
- Coordinating fabric and material sampling for client approval
- Checking order acknowledgements and specifications for accuracy
- Managing the handover from sales to delivery, cleanly and clearly
Project Coordination- Tracking project programmes and delivery schedules to keep things on course
- Supporting snagging and shortages reporting through to client sign-off
What you'll bring
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally in commercial interiors, fit-out, or furniture
- Sharp attention to detail - nothing slips past you
- Strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset - you spot issues before they become problems
- Confidence working solo and as part of a team
- A calm, professional head under pressure
- Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
