The OpportunityDue to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Estimator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially aware estimator with a strong background in mechanical building services and MEP projects.You will play a key role in preparing, managing, and submitting competitive tenders for a variety of mechanical and MEP projects, whilst identifying value engineering opportunities and mitigating commercial risk.Key Responsibilities Review and analyse technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation. Prepare detailed and accurate cost plans and tender submissions. Quantify labour, materials, plant, specialist equipment, and subcontract packages. Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations. Identify commercial risks and opportunities within tender documents. Develop value engineering solutions to improve project viability and competitiveness. Liaise with internal teams, clients, consultants, and supply chain partners throughout the tender process.
