On the shop floor, you'll assist customers with choosing the right frames and lenses, provide dispensing advice, complete spectacle collections and fittings, carry out adjustments and repairs, and support customers with aftercare appointments. You'll also help manage appointments, handle enquiries, process transactions, and ensure the store remains organised and inviting.
