We currently have vacancies within our CCTV Control Room facility in Luton. Our Control Room Operators are typically our first point of contact with our customers, and first line of defence against criminal activity. A Control Room Operator should be passionate about what they do, take pride in making a difference and focused on the smallest of details. Experience within a CCTV Control Room environment is not essential, but you must be enthusiastic, willing to learn and have a positive approach. The role suites someone who is team orientated, self-motivating and success driven. Due to the nature of this role you will have sight of video and audio that may include distressing situations. As a responsible employer, we can offer support, training and access to counselling services for any staff that may be affected. By accepting this job offer, you are confirming you understand these requirements and your suitability for the role. Must have SIA CCTV Licence would be needed. All other training will be provided.
