We are working with a reputable automotive dealership in Kings Lynn, Norfolk, to recruit a highly motivated and professional Car Sales Executive. The successful individual will play a key role in driving vehicle sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Competitive basic salary of 24,000 per annum
• OTE of up to 45,000 with achievable sales targets
• Monday to Friday working hours from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, with a dedicated day off during the week
• Saturday work from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and Sundays on a rota from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm

Duties of the Car Sales Executive:

• Provide excellent customer service to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction
• Engage with customers to identify their needs and present suitable vehicle options
• Negotiate and close vehicle sales to meet individual and dealership targets
• Upsell additional products and services to increase revenue and enhance the customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Contribute to dealership success through team collaboration and proactive performance

Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or a Senior Sales Executive within the motor trade preferred
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused approach with a professional attitude
• Full valid UK driving licence
• Proactive, driven, and motivated to succeed in a competitive environment
