What you'll be doing Supporting the Chefs in the planning and provision of high-quality meals that meet the nutritional and dietary requirements of our residents Plan, prepare, and serve balanced meals that meet dietary requirements To ensure all food prepared meets Food Hygiene Standards and ensure that safe methods of work are always used Manage all stocks and stores ensuring all food is correctly marked and stock rotation systems are in place To maintain accurate records to satisfy food hygiene requirement such as fridge temperature checks Could you be part of our team? About You: Proven experience working in a similar catering role, ideally in a care or similar environment. Committed to customer care and first-class service provision Knowledge of Health and Safety COSHH regulations Empathy and a desire to make a difference to the lives of our residents Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and on own initiative in a fast-paced environment To share our values and demonstrate them at all times.
