These assignments are ideal for experienced temps who enjoy variety and can confidently step into offices to keep things running smoothly. Typical duties may include: Front-of-house reception duties, meeting and greeting visitors. Managing phone calls, emails, and diaries Data entry, filing, and document preparation General office administration and team support Ad-hoc admin tasks as required. What we're looking for: Previous experience in reception and/or administrative roles Professional, friendly, and approachable manner Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office Reliability and flexibility to support short-term assignments.
