Yard / Warehouse Operative Job Types: Full-Time, Permanent Pay: £34,000 per annum Location: Welham Green, AL9 Due to growth, we are looking to add a colleague to the Warehouse team at an established independent Builders merchant. We are currently looking for experienced Forklift Drivers to assist in the day-to-day operations of a busy yard / warehouse environment. Job Specification: Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries using a forklift truck, picking orders, and moving stock around the site. Picking orders accurately and in a timely manner. Checking loaded goods against delivery notes. Assisting Trade Counter customers as required. Keeping work areas clean and tidy. Some manual handling is required. Adhering to Health and Safety regulations at all times. Shift pattern is 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays, 7am to 1pm. Person Specification: Builders merchant experience preferred - training will be given. Be self-motivated and be able to work as part of a team.
