Grounds Maintenance Operative - Laleham

Location: Laleham Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm Pay: Weekly Pay Immediate Start Available

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team as soon as possible. This is a static role, meaning you will be based at one site with no travelling required.

• Grass mowing and lawn maintenance.
• Hedge trimming and pruning.
• Weeding flower beds, pathways, and landscaped areas.
• Weed spraying in accordance with health and safety procedures.
• Maintaining the yard where plants are stored, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and well organised.
• Watering plants and carrying out general plant care.
• Sweeping and clearing leaves, litter, and debris.
• Operating mowers, strimmers, hedge trimmers, and weed sprayers safely.
• Keeping the site clean, safe, and presentable at all times.

• Previous grounds maintenance or gardening experience is preferred.
• Experience using grounds maintenance equipment.
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Monday to Friday working pattern.
• 8:00am - 4:00pm shifts.
