The Payroll Administrator supports the Payroll Manager to deliver both monthly and fortnightly pay cycles and provide an accurate and efficient service to our employees and the wider business. Daily duties and responsibilities will include: Support colleagues and line managers to process an accurate and efficient service to our employees and the wider business, including responding to payroll related queries. Process end-to-end payroll for colleagues, ensuring accurate and timely payments, complying with contractual and statutory obligations. Maintain and update employee records, including changes to pay, tax codes and deductions. Calculate and process statutory payments such as SSP, SMP, and SPP, ensuring compliance with payroll legislation with internal policies.
