Support the wider team with ad hoc administrative duties. Skills & Experience Essential Excellent communication and telephone manner. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office. Friendly, professional and confident dealing with customers. Ability to prioritise workload and work independently. Willingness to learn and develop. Desirable Experience using Pipedrive CRM is preferred but not essential , as full training will be provided. Previous administration or customer service experience is advantageous.
