Administrator (Warehouse)

Location: Abingdon
Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary (until at least January 2027)
Salary: 13.00 - 14.50 per hour (DOE)

Planet Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a long-standing client for a Warehouse Administrator to join their busy logistics team in Abingdon.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator to support a fast-paced warehouse operation. Working closely with the logistics team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department.

• Processing delivery routes and warehouse documentation
• Booking deliveries and arranging transport where required
• Supporting goods issue and returns processes
• Liaising with customers, internal departments and third-party carriers
• Processing Proof of Delivery (POD) paperwork and resolving delivery queries
• Producing reports and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting stock administration and warehouse operations
• Providing general administrative support to the logistics team

• Previous administration experience
• Warehouse or logistics experience is desirable
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system would be an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• A positive attitude and the ability to manage a varied workload

• 13.00 - 14.50 per hour, depending on experience
• Full-time temporary position until at least January 2027
• Monday to Friday working pattern
• Friendly and supportive team environment
