Job Title: Facilities Manager
Location: Trent Acres, Kings Bromley, DE13 7HR
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday Either 8am -4pm or 9am -5pm (successful candidate can choose preference)
Salary: £33,600 per annum (not pro rata)
Contract: Permanent 52 weeks
Start: September 2026

At Trent Acres, we're looking for a proactive, hands-on Facilities Manager to lead the day-to-day management of our school estate. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.
You'll be responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, welcoming and inspiring environment where children and young people can thrive. From leading a dedicated facilities team and managing contractors to overseeing maintenance projects and ensuring statutory compliance, you'll play a vital role in the smooth running of our school.
