Rate: 47.00 per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm)

Eden Brown Synergy is recruiting for an experienced Practice Manager to join the Adult Mental Health & Emergency Duty Service in East Sussex.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced manager with a strong background in Adult Social Care, Adult Mental Health, and statutory practice. The successful candidate will lead Senior Practitioners within the Emergency Duty Service while providing operational leadership and support to the Adult Mental Health Team, ensuring the delivery of a safe, effective, and high-quality service.

• Manage and support Senior Practitioners within the Emergency Duty Service.
• Provide operational leadership to the Adult Mental Health Team.
• Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred services.
• Promote high standards of statutory social work practice and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with statutory duties, legislation, and organisational policies.
• Work closely with senior managers to maintain service quality and drive continuous improvement.

• Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.
• Significant leadership and management experience within Adult Social Care.
• Experience working within Adult Mental Health Services and/or Emergency Duty Services.
• Excellent knowledge of statutory responsibilities, safeguarding legislation, and best practice.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
