Customer Service Advisor Lowestoft, Suffolk £14.59 per hour Full Time Monday to Friday 08 00 (Thurs 09:30 start) Temporary Ongoing Assignment Start Date: Immediate A well established local organisation is seeking Customer Service Advisors to support their busy customer facing team. This role suits someone confident, organised and able to deliver a professional service while handling enquiries efficiently and accurately. You ll play a key part in supporting customers, maintaining smooth day to day operations and representing the organisation with a positive, helpful approach. Key Responsibilities Provide professional customer service via phone and email. Deliver clear, accurate information and resolve queries promptly. Maintain an organised environment. Support general administrative tasks as required. Essential Skills & Experience Previous experience in a similar customer service or reception role. Strong communication skills with a confident, polite manner. Basic IT proficiency (email, phone systems, simple software). Reliable, organised and comfortable working independently.
