£30,000 to £40,000 plus uncapped bonus and benefits
MBF are currently working with a growing Financial Planning business in Albrighton to recruit a Financial Planner.
This opportunity could suit either a newly qualified Adviser looking to achieve CAS, or someone in the earlier stages of their advisory career who wants greater access to clients and opportunities.
The company may also consider a slightly more experienced Adviser with a small number of existing client relationships. For the right person, there is flexibility to offer a higher starting salary.
The opportunityYou will work closely with the firm's Directors and existing Advisers, initially helping to look after and develop relationships with existing clients.

There should be enough existing work to keep you busy while you develop your confidence and advisory skills, alongside genuine scope to generate new business and build a successful client bank.
You will have access to an established administration team, in-house paraplanning support and outsourced paraplanning when required. This will allow you to concentrate on developing client relationships and providing advice.
Earnings potentialThe company offers an attractive and achievable validation structure, allowing Advisers to begin earning bonus relatively quickly.

The companyThe team currently consists of the Managing Director, two Operations Directors, five Financial Advisers and eight employees working across administration and other support functions.
It is an established and supportive environment in which a developing Adviser can gain experience without being left to find every opportunity themselves.
