What You'll Be Doing Producing contracts of employment, offer letters and HR documentation for education-sector clients using established templates. Reviewing client information to ensure documentation aligns with agreed terms and conditions. Advising clients on contract clauses where appropriate and escalating complex queries to the wider HR team. Uploading and managing HR documentation in line with agreed service level agreements. Supporting the HR Consultancy Manager and HR Consultants in delivering an effective HR service across the client base. Assisting with the development and continuous improvement of our Contracts & Document Management system. Working collaboratively with internal Payroll and VERA teams to support shared clients. Contributing ideas to improve processes, service delivery and the effective use of technology. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality at all times. Keeping up to date with employment legislation and HR best practice through training and continuous professional development. Providing general administrative support and undertaking ad hoc duties as required. What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality, accurate documentation.
