Rent Setting and Service Charge Specialist Chelmsford or Southend £54,000 per annum Permanent, Full Time (37 hours per week) We are looking for a Rent and Service Charge Specialist to lead the accurate setting, implementation and recovery of rents and service charges across the Association's housing portfolio, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, tenancy agreements and organisational policies. Basic bookkeeping skills. Experienced user of financial database ledger systems and housing management rent and service charge systems. Extensive experience in collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, and accounts. Good oral communication skills. Please note the office expectancy of this role is as follows: This role will require you in a minimum of one day a week and as per business need.
