Car Sales Executive - Swindon Area

We're recruiting for a Sales Executive to join a successful automotive dealership in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering outstanding customer service and working in a fast-paced sales environment.

As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle buying journey from initial enquiry through to handover. Working closely with the Sales Manager, you'll focus on achieving sales and profitability targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable vehicles, products and services.
• Managing the sales process from enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
• Achieving individual sales and profitability targets.
• Maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction throughout the buying journey.
• Supporting customers with finance, additional products and aftersales services where appropriate.
