Your new role The UK Change Manager will lead the deployment of a global change management strategy across the UK to ensure successful adoption of a new ERP system. As the local change lead, you will work with stakeholders and end users to drive engagement, manage resistance, assess business impacts, and monitor adoption through recognised methodologies such as ADKAR and ICAP. Change management qualifications (e.g. Prosci, APMG or equivalent) and a sound understanding of recognised change frameworks and methodologies such as ADKAR. Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and challenge at all levels without direct authority. Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching abilities, with confidence supporting senior leaders and driving change across diverse teams. Good understanding of change management principles including impact assessment, communication planning, training coordination, resistance management and adoption measurement. Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment and work effectively within a matrix organisation.
