What You'll Do: Apprenticeship Programme Support: - Track reviews and deadlines, coordinate placement rotations, and monitor learning journeys. - Chase managers and apprentices for documentation to ensure all deliverables are completed on time. - Maintain accurate programme records and administration. Events & Programme Projects: - Lead logistics for Early Careers events, including Summer Connect and Winter team-building events. - Manage event planning, speaker coordination, venue arrangements, and attendee bookings. Recruitment Support: - Assist the Early Careers Recruitment Lead with assessment centre administration, candidate management, and interview scheduling. - Coordinate internal and external recruitment events, including university careers fairs. Who We're Looking For: Previous experience in Early Careers, including recruitment, apprenticeships, or talent development. Strong administration and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable chasing actions to drive task completion.
