We're looking for an organised and customer-focused Property Administrator to join a leading property company on a temporary basis. If you enjoy delivering excellent customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for homeowners, managing post-completion customer care. Handle customer enquiries and provide regular progress updates. Coordinate inspections and remedial works with contractors and internal teams. Monitor outstanding works and escalate issues where needed. Maintain accurate records using CRM and defect management systems. Produce reports and support continuous service improvement. Experience Previous customer service or administrative experience, ideally within property, construction or housebuilding. Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
