Desirable experience includes: A qualification in Business Administration, Data Management, IT or a related discipline.Previous experience within an engineering, aviation, manufacturing or other regulated environment.Experience maintaining training matrices, competency frameworks or development records.Exposure to talent development, training coordination or workforce planning activities.Knowledge of STEM-related environments or technical workforce development would be advantageous.
