Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Field Service Manager to lead their UK and European Services operation.

Field Service Manager Key Essentials:
As Field Service Manager you will take full responsibility for the commercial and operational performance of the aftermarket division, including field service, installations, technical support, spare parts and warranty
Own the department's P&L, budgets, forecasting and KPIs, driving revenue growth, profitability and operational performance
Lead and develop Field Service Engineers, installation teams, service coordinators and spare parts staff
Oversee service delivery and installation projects across the UK and Europe, ensuring work is completed safely, on time and within budget
Grow aftermarket revenue through service contracts, spare parts, preventative maintenance, upgrades and retrofit solutions
Build strong customer relationships while working closely with sales, engineering, operations and finance to support business growth
Promote high standards of Health & Safety, quality and continuous improvement across all service activities
Field Service Manager Requirements:
Proven experience as a Field Service Manager or in a senior after market, field service or technical support leadership role within engineering, materials handling, conveyor systems, automation or industrial equipment
Experience managing a departmental P&L with strong commercial awareness
Background leading field service, installations and spare parts operations
Strong leadership, customer relationship and project management skills
Experience using ERP and CRM systems
Full UK Driving Licence with flexibility to travel across the UK and Europe
