Key Responsibilities Operating and monitoring manufacturing machinery and production equipment Loading raw materials and components onto machines Performing routine quality inspections of finished products Identifying and reporting machine faults or quality issues Carrying out basic machine adjustments where required Recording production data and completing relevant documentation Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Working to production schedules and achieving daily targets Following all health and safety procedures at all times Candidate Requirements Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operative, Press Operator, or within a manufacturing environment Ability to understand and follow work instructions and production specifications Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude If this role sounds ideal for you!
