Work closely with operational, commercial and estimating teams throughout the bid process. Attend client meetings, networking events and industry conferences. Monitor market trends, upcoming frameworks and competitor activity. Maintain an accurate pipeline of opportunities and business forecasts. About You To be considered, you will have: A proven track record in business development within utilities, electrical infrastructure, renewable energy or civil engineering. Strong understanding of the UK electricity network and infrastructure market. Existing relationships with DNOs, ICPs, developers, utility providers or major infrastructure contractors. Existing experience at 132kV and above Experience winning new business and developing long-term client partnerships. Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. A commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert opportunities. The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
