Pump Engineer

Are you a Pump Engineer looking for your next opportunity? Our client is a long-established organisation working across vast experience in the pump industry. In this role, you will carry out a full range of on-site repairs, maintenance, commissioning and fault finding on centrifugal wastewater pumps and pump systems.Pump EngineerPermanentDependent on ExperienceMonday to Friday (40 hours per week)London AreaPump EngineerRole Responsibilities:

• Service, maintain, and repair wastewater pump systems
• Carry out fault finding and diagnostics on pump installations.
• Commission new pumps and pumping stations.
• Attend breakdowns and emergency call-outs when required.
• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to ensure equipment reliability.
• Complete service reports and related documentation accurately.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures and industry regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service while representing on-site.

Pump EngineerSkills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Pump Engineer or similar role.
• Experience working on wastewater pump systems and centrifugal pumps.
• Electrical qualifications are highly desirable.
• Ideally apprentice-trained with an electrical bias.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Good communication skills and a good standard of English.
