The ability to undertake ground modelling and cut / fill analysis for designs such as bulk earthworks and Section 278 surfacing. Ability to check own work before passing to a senior member of staff for approval. Good knowledge of Civil Engineering construction principles. Ability to prepare documentation for both planning submission and planning condition sign-off. Good knowledge of the planning process and an understanding of other parties involved. Clear understanding of CDM and how it applies to the role you undertake.
