THE ROLE
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous bodyshop experience who wants to continue learning and become a fully competent accident repair technician. You'll work closely with experienced professionals, gaining valuable hands-on experience across multiple repair disciplines while receiving continuous support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the repair of accident-damaged vehicles to manufacturer and industry standards
Learn and develop skills across panel repairs, preparation, polishing, strip and refit, and general bodyshop repairs
Work alongside experienced technicians on a wide variety of repair techniques
Inspect vehicles and identify repair requirements under supervision
Maintain excellent workshop housekeeping and Health & Safety standards
Work collaboratively with the wider bodyshop team to achieve production targets
Develop knowledge of manufacturer repair methods and quality procedures
Build the skills and confidence required to become a fully qualified Bodyshop Technician
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for someone who already has some experience within a bodyshop environment and is passionate about developing a long-term career in the accident repair industry.
Previous experience within an automotive bodyshop or accident repair centre
This role is ideal for a Junior Bodyshop Technician or someone with entry-level industry experience looking to progress
Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn from experienced professionals
Good practical skills and attention to detail
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
Able to work effectively as part of a close-knit team
Keen to develop into a fully skilled Multi-Skilled Bodyshop Technician
Full UK Driving Licence preferred
