Are you an aspiring Maintenance Engineer with an Engineering qualification looking to start your career with a leading food manufacturer offering full training, unlimited overtime and excellent progression opportunities?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established food manufacturing business that continues to invest heavily in its facilities, machinery and engineering team. You will receive structured training from experienced engineers, developing your mechanical and electrical skills while gaining valuable experience within a fast-paced production environment.
In this role, you will work alongside experienced Maintenance Engineers supporting planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across production and packaging machinery. You will be trained in electrical and mechanical fault finding, machinery maintenance and continuous improvement, with the opportunity to progress onto a 4 on 4 off shift pattern once fully trained.
This role would suit someone with an Engineering qualification, apprenticeship, or practical technical experience who is looking to develop into a fully qualified Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer while benefiting from excellent training, overtime and career progression.
