This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for someone seeking consistent early-shift hours within a fast-paced fulfilment environment. Key Responsibilities Picking & Packing: Accurately pick premium surface care and detailing products using picking lists. E-Commerce Fulfilment: Prepare, pack, and label orders to Amazon seller/fulfilment standards. Kitting & Assembly: Assemble product kits into boxed sets with high attention to detail and presentation. Stock Handling: General warehouse maintenance, stock organisation, and manual handling (maximum lifting weight up to 10 kg). Requirements Transport: Due to the rural village location in the NN7 postal area, reliable personal transport or living within walking distance is essential, as public transport links are limited for a 7:00 am start. Language Skills: Good command of spoken and written English is essential to follow safety instructions and complete hands-on operational training. Availability: Must be able to start in September and commit fully to the initial 3-month training window (no pre-planned holiday leave can be taken during the first 3 months of onboarding).
