Preparing for and managing CQC inspections, aiming for a minimum rating of "Good" or above. Implementing systems for reporting, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a management role within adult social care, supported living, or a related setting. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, the Fundamental Standards, safeguarding, and best practices in adult care. An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one). Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. The ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team to deliver outstanding care.
