The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting marketing campaigns, customer communications, subscription administration and the smooth running of the office. Key Responsibilities Marketing Support Write and proofread marketing copy for emails, newsletters and promotional campaigns. Produce engaging event marketing articles for website. Upload digital content across websites and marketing platforms. Chase and collate sponsor, partner and advertiser logos and marketing assets. Assist with the delivery of marketing campaigns and promotional activity. Support the wider marketing team with content creation and campaign administration. Administration & Operational Support Provide day-to-day administrative support across the business. Assist with the coordination of operational activities and internal projects. Support office relocation activities, including packing and organising materials for the move to the Blackfriars office. Undertake any other reasonable duties appropriate to the role as requested by management. Customer Service & Communications Act as the first point of contact for incoming telephone enquiries, directing calls and taking messages efficiently. Monitor and respond to enquiries received via the company inbox. Liaise professionally with colleagues, customers, suppliers and external stakeholders. Office & Logistics Coordination Manage incoming and outgoing post, including UK and international mail and courier services. Arrange courier deliveries and transport in a timely and cost-effective manner. Provide logistical support for operational projects and business activities. Subscription & Systems Administration Process book and magazine orders received via the e-store, telephone and email. Manage the day-to-day administration of the online store. Administer subscription databases using Abacus and Salesforce. Set up new subscriptions, maintain subscriber records and update subscription lists. Manage complimentary subscriptions and record contra agreements within Salesforce. Ensure all subscription data is accurate, up to date and maintained to a high standard. Skills & Experience Excellent written communication and copywriting skills. Strong organisational and administrative abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner. Experience using CRM systems is desirable. Personal Attributes Highly organised and dependable. Strong attention to detail. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Enthusiastic, adaptable and willing to take on a varied workload.
