I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee retail operations across multiple hospital sites in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused leader with strong multi-site retail experience who enjoys developing teams, driving performance, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The role offers:

Salary from 55,000
Predominantly Monday to Friday (5 days over 7)
Company car or car allowance

We're looking for someone with:

Proven multi-site retail management experience (essential)
Strong commercial and financial acumen
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
