SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Consultant

SAP FSM Consultant 3 Months (Apply online only) per day (Inside IR35) Hybrid - 1-2 days per week in Warwick My client in the manufacturing sector are looking for an experienced SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Consultant is required to support a major SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. You'll work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to simplify field service processes, design SAP FSM solutions, and support delivery across the full project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Facilitate workshops to understand current field service processes and business requirements. Analyse and document end-to-end field service operations, identifying opportunities for process improvement. Conduct fit-to-standard and gap analysis against SAP FSM and SAP S/4HANA capabilities. Configure SAP FSM solutions aligned to business needs. Support SAP FSM integration with SAP S/4HANA, including experience with the Proaxia connector . Produce functional specifications, process documentation and solution designs. Collaborate with technical, integration and project teams to deliver effective solutions. Support testing activities, defect resolution and user acceptance testing. Ensure solutions follow SAP best practice while minimising unnecessary customisation. Provide support during deployment, knowledge transfer and transition into BAU. Required Experience Strong hands-on experience with SAP Field Service Management (FSM) . Experience across work orders, service contracts, scheduling, dispatch, inventory management and mobile solutions. SAP FSM configuration and functional design experience. Knowledge of SAP FSM integration with SAP S/4HANA . Experience with the Proaxia FSM connector . Strong business analysis skills, including process mapping, requirements gathering and gap analysis. Experience delivering SAP transformation, optimisation or business process simplification programmes. Experience producing functional specifications and working closely with technical delivery teams. Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and communication skills.
