Job Description
Conrad Consulting is recruiting Project Managers to support a major aviation programme in West Sussex.
The successful candidates will work across major projects, civil engineering, sustainability, operations and commercial workstreams, with opportunities spanning the project lifecycle from early design through to delivery.
The Role
You will take responsibility for project management activities across a complex portfolio, working with multidisciplinary teams and a wide range of stakeholders.
Responsibilities may include:
- Managing projects and project workstreams from design through to delivery.
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Managing programme, risk and project issues.
- Monitoring progress, performance and delivery.
- Managing stakeholder relationships.
- Supporting commercial and project controls activities.
- Working within a complex live operational environment.
About You
We are ideally looking for individuals with approximately 6 12 years' post-graduate experience, providing the right balance of:
- Project management responsibility.
- Strong technical grounding.
- Experience across multiple projects.
- Major infrastructure or construction experience.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organisation and communication.
Aviation experience is advantageous, although relevant major-project and live operational environment experience will also be considered.
Candidates will be subject to client interview and approval.
