You ll deliver implementations, improve existing setups, educate users, solve operational problems and make sure customers see the value of the system. You ll be the trusted expert on the ground running discovery sessions, mapping business processes, challenging assumptions, configuring practical solutions, supporting go-lives and helping users build confidence. What You ll Be Doing • Delivering ERP implementation projects across different industries. • Leading optimisation, improvement and change projects within existing customer environments. • Understanding customer workflows and translating them into practical ERP solutions. • Running discovery, requirements gathering, process mapping, training and go-live support. • Configuring solutions and supporting customers through implementation and adoption. • Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and day-to-day users. • Challenging customer assumptions constructively when there s a better way to achieve the outcome. • Using SQL and data investigation to support configuration, troubleshooting and validation. • Working closely with Support, Product and Development to resolve issues and improve delivery. • Feeding customer insight back into the business to improve the product, process and customer experience. • Helping shape how implementation and Customer Success are delivered as the business grows. You ll work with real businesses, real operational pressure and sometimes messy problems. You ll need the technical confidence to investigate issues properly, alongside the commercial judgement to understand what the customer is really trying to achieve. Equally, this isn t purely a new implementation role. A significant part of your value will come from returning to established customers, identifying where they could be getting more from their ERP environment and leading the improvements needed to make that happen. The Travel This is a genuinely field-based, customer-facing position. You ll travel extensively across the UK to work directly with customers, including regular overnight stays away from home. If you enjoy getting out from behind the screen, understanding customer operations first-hand and becoming their trusted ERP expert, it could be exactly what you re looking for. Why Join? • £55,000 £65,000 salary. • Car allowance plus additional company benefits. • Genuine ownership of customer outcomes. • Variety across implementations, optimisation and operational problem-solving. • Direct access to leadership within a small, agile business. • The opportunity to influence project delivery, product development and Customer Success. • A role where your commercial, operational and technical expertise are equally valued. • The chance to see the real-world impact of the solutions you deliver.
