This varied role will see you managing multiple structured cabling and fibre optic projects from contract award through cradle to grave. You will be responsible for project planning, programming, procurement, budgets, resource allocation, subcontractor management and client liaison, while providing technical support and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.

This role would suit a Project Manager with a background in IT, Network infrastructure or similar who is looking for a senior position within a growing business where they can take ownership of projects and develop their career.

The Role:

• Managing multiple Network Infrastructure, Data and Fibre Cabling projects from contract award through to completion
• Developing project programmes and coordinating engineering teams, subcontractors and suppliers
• Managing project budgets, costs, profitability, variations and additional works
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams
• Reviewing drawings, schematics, cable schedules and technical specifications
• Mon-Fri (8 am - 5 pm)

The Person:

• Background in Network Infrastructure or similar
• Looking for a leadership role
• Background as a Site Manager or similar
• Commutable to Thornaby
