Job Responsibilities: Meeting and greeting visitors Answering and forwarding phone calls within three rings Screening phone calls Managing the company central email address Sorting and distributing post Updating their CRM system with any changes or new contacts Export relevant data into Excel for reporting Keeping the reception area tidy Handling their LiveChat service for customer support Create cart links for customers to improve sales efficiency Skills Required: A friendly and polite personality Excellent communication and organisational skills Experience working with IT systems To work well under pressure Self-motivation and efficiency A good level of English speaking Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00-17:00 Salary: (phone number removed) depending on experience Benefits: 21 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, free onsite parking, continuous training and development
